Usage of printed Barcode to play AK

Guys Is it legal to use the barcode of a card even if you dont have that card?

For example I got the barcode of Siegfried but i dont have that card but I used that
barcode to play Siegfried. Is that legal?

OH NO IS SO SCARY IT Frigthen me so scary i saw 1 guy play until $100 over !!!! than i go play at the machine and i play for $16 suddenly is a red animal card i let my sister see she say is a ultra rare card and i scream !!! and people look at me i so shy and my whole body shirvering and i see the card ! is MASTER LEO !!! Unbelieveable,my cousin is playing Animal Kaiser Evolution 1 in KL for the first time and wins Galleon in normal mode and Death Scorch in Strong mode only using my cards, that is Couragous Praying Mantis,Primal Beast and Approaching Sun. Unbelieveable
