Vanguard using Animal Kaiser card

Created by : Sahasi Jatmiko Kaguyago
"Remember i was talking about playing animal kaiser with customized cardfight vanguard rules? and here my proof..

it's quite tough customized the rules because strong and miracle card.The weakness is you see the back of the card, so you need something to close the back card (but can use a black protector) Strong card increase attack,but for miracle just one time use only and for strong it works like equip card(1 level incrase strength 500 so if 5=2500)boosting the animal attack, but the condition you should know the miracle only work for matching type animal. Strength is for attack and Health is for guard.."

Vanguard's nations and Clans

Photobucket

A Clan is a group of different Races joined together to form an alliance which make up their Clan. These Clans have some Unique Races and Shared Races of creatures in them. The Unique Races of creatures found in most of the Clans sometimes make up their main theme to represent themselves with their Unique traits. For example: Insect represent Megacolony only and they prevent your opponent Units from standing.
These theme may be used to form a deck. And they are usually themed around a certain ability or trait, such as preventing your opponent's Units from Standing, calling Units from the Drop Zone, or drawing cards.

Clans are very important especially for Triggers. To use effect of all Trigger, you must have at least 1another unit in the same clan to the Vanguard or Rearguard circles.

It is not mandatory for a deck to be made entirely up of cards from only one clan. It is not necessarily a bad idea to do so, and some clans, like the Nubatama, do not have enough cards to make an entire deck out of. Clans (outside of "main" ones like Kagerō and Shadow Paladin) tend to have only 4 cards (1 in each grade) and no Trigger Units in the set they are introduced.

As shown in the anime, undeveloped clans can be used with other clans that have similar play styles specially if they don't need a Vanguard of their clan to use their skills. Example: Bermuda △ can be used with Oracle Think Tank due to its hand increasing abilities.

So far there are 6 great Nations with up to 4 major Clans in each Nation.

1 United Sanctuary
2 Dragon Empire
3 Dark Zone
4 Magallanica
5 Zoo
6 Star Gate

List of clans :

United Sanctuary cards are represented by the color yellow.

* Royal Paladin
* Shadow Paladin
* Gold Paladin
* Oracle Think Tank

Dragon Empire cards are represented by the color red.

* Kagerō
* Narukami
* Tachikaze
* Nubatama
* Murakumo

Dark Zone cards are represented by the color purple.

* Dark Irregulars
* Spike Brothers
* Pale Moon

Magallanica cards are represented by the color blue.

* Granblue
* Bermuda △

Zoo cards are represented by the color green.

* Megacolony
* Great Nature
* Neo Nectar

Star Gate cards are represented by the color grey.

* Nova Grappler
* Dimension Police
* Etranger

Vanguard - english vol 1 (released on 3rd December 2011)

Photobucket

Cardfight!! Vanguard is a trading card game for all ages that was first released in February 2011 in Japan, and had since rapidly gained popularity in the Japanese as well as overseas trading card games communities.

The game sets around a planet called Cray, where magic, science and mythical creatures exist. Featuring many unique game-play systems, it is a truly revolutionary and exciting trading card game!

Cardfight!! Vanguard, one of the most exciting and popular trading card games from Japan, had came to Singapore on the 3rd of December! Featuring English version trial decks of the Royal Paladins and Kagero clans, as well as the volume one booster pack, The Descent of the King of Knights!

Choosing the trial deck

Currently, there are only 2 trial decks released, which are the Royal Paladin deck and the Kagero deck. For easy-to-plan decks, players can choose the Kagero deck. The Kagero deck is already very strong but for players who are always looking for challenge, they can always go for the Royal Paladin deck.

Deck Building

First, players must know what cards are found in their deck and this is a basic reminder for players when trying to form a deck. For Vanguard, we would advise you to have 17 level 0. The reason is that you can put up to 16 triggers in your deck and also within the 16 triggers, only a maximum of 4 can be of the heal trigger. The last 1 would be your starting vanguard card that should not be a trigger.

For level 1 to 3, players are advised to have around 13 cards for level 1, 12 cards for level 2 and 8 cards for level 3 as this is to be sure that you will be able to draw them at the start of the game or you might find it quite hard trying to ride to a higher grade during the game play.
