Was At Bugis Junction Acrade today. Looking at the boy and the mother playing Animal kaizer happily, then suddenly got this 2 boys want to see the cards of the boy. So just let them browse, as they fliping, i saw them just took out the boy’s V1 or V2 Lion and put their Lowland in for the boy..And Just return back and walk off..
I really pity that boy man..But i can’t ask the 2 other young boys to return also.. =/

Story Of The Year award : The silly and greedy animal kaiser trader (s984 )
Once upon a time there is a trader from animalkaiser wanted to trade version 3 cards for version 4 cards and he met up with a trader and this is their deal :
Trader A (MushikingFan): Alligator + Spiny Flower Mantis + Killer Whale + $20
Trader B (S894): SOL itself.
Then trader B (S864) sms trader A (MushikingFan) that trader C offered trader B Siegfried + Alligator
Trader A(MushikingFan) himself suddenly lost interest to trade as he knew that Siegfried is too much for SOL and additionally , a Alligator is added with Siegfried.
It is very obvious that Trader B (S864) is lying and really hopeless fellow.
His Zone X account name is s984 so do not trade with him or buy any crap from him thanks for taking your time to read.It’s not a lie , it’s true.

Look s984,I ain’t in any position to tell u what to do but its not fair to a trader/buyer if u already promised him something even if someone else offers something better.This way,no one will trust u to trade with u because everytime they wanna trade with u,u say someone offered something better and just hope that they will offer even higher.That’s not fair right? And to be completely honest,no one will offer 2 rare version 4 cards with a total value of about $150 plus for a $50 card. I’m sorry but that’s so hard to believe. I’m not calling u a liar,I’m just telling u even if its true,its still not the right thing to do.
To add on,I find it to be pretty hysterical that s984 says that he is always desperately in need of money yet always reserves like really expensive cards. Its a simple logic.If u need money badly,dont waste people’s time by telling them to help u reserve cards cause chancs are u are not gonna buy them.

"hi, would like to seek some advice from the gurus or old-hand here. My son started on this game V3 a few mths back and now moving into V4.
We do play @ arcades like Vivo, J8 or nearby 7-11s. Sometimes, people do ask to see our albums, and first comment “wow, all original man” and “oh, u don’t have this, and that”.
my son does get disappointed with the latter comments. And when he sees the other guys’ albums, we are both puzzled when we see supposedly precious cards, like gold/silver/bronze, just normal color.
Are these fakes? if so, how come, they are playable?
secondly, last weekend, we were sitting beside on japanese boy and his albums are filled with some cards, we have never seen before. When he tried, the system will remark “card not playable”.
Hence, why are people still trading Japanese AK cards?
Are they just for collection purpose or for playing?
Lastly, when I was queuing in one arcade, got into a conversation with an uncle who shared that they managed to catch staffs of the arcade, manipulating the cards when they load so that they or their friends can get the precious cards and then sell them? is that true?
Recently, my son & I spent close to $50, on a machine, but we did not get any special cards, just duplicates and duplicates. And the staff was just beside us, smiling. Well, rotten luck or ??? Thanks for “sharing/educating”. Much appreciated"

Fake cards are playable as long as the bar code are readable. This applies to photocopied cards as well.
Some Jap cards and playable but majority are not playable yet. Some people like to collect jap cards even though it is not playable yet, a matter of preferences.
There are many rumours and stories. Even if you have spent $50 without any special cards, it dont mean the cards are stolen. There are 150 cards in a deck, for v4, 1 gold, 4 silvers and 13 bronzes. You might have played 23 normal cards inbetween foils cards or the beginning and end of deck. So, it could be just luck. May be better luck next time in getting your special cards

alot of newspaper stall now sell AK fake cards (in boxes and looks real) .... bring your kid go and browse .... if he wants it .... get some cards to play .... as long Cobra and Great White Shark, SOL, etc ..... comes out - they happy ....
150 cards per deck ... one gold .... and 4 Silvers? not easy ....

Is AK is part of a gambling game?
"Heard from Straits Times online news that AK is part of gambling game, is that true? I also heard few people says it’s like gambling, slot machines appeared, inserting coin/money/swipe cards which costs money for play $2 or lower a game, play and then sometimes we get gold or normal or other foil cards. In there also people wanted to “ban” this game.
People always go hanging out @ arcade and play with their real money, get cards, just like other card-based arcade games. I don’t too believe that this game is a part of gambling when I started AK, then what next? At real gambling we pay to buy some chips or other things, AK for cards. Not only AK but other arcade games like Dinosaur King, etc.
This is a part of children game and I think it contains little gambling with the slot machines and cards.

Chapter 49 of the Common Gaming House Sec 2(1) says : “gaming” , with its grammatical variations and cognate expressions, means the playing of any game of chance or of mixed chance and skill for money or money’s worth; "
