Finally , our LAST shipment from Japan had arrived...

Our package box arrived on 11/2/11 but it was held on rentention !

Quickly, we refer to Singapore's Speedpost tracking for update , and we are shocked to find out that the unsuccessful delievery is due to heavy traffic (Chinese new year , valentine period) ..Postman too busy to delievery ??...Anyway,our total purchase is within $400 GST tax limit


Next follow up is to call up Speed post help line on 14/2/11 at 1100hrs trying to arrange to self-collection @ Singpost center at 1400hrs. The customer officier say it is "DIFFICULT" as too short of a time notice (what the heck ! 3 hrs in advance also not enough ??) ..She mention that she will call me back to confirm the arrangement later ...and it NEVER Happen ! what a LOUSY customer service ...

I'm disapoointed about the customer service (Boo..BOO thumb's down)..so I just go down to Post center which is near Paya Lebar mrt to collect...not going to call the stupid helpline anymore..

Arrived at Paya Lebar mrt around 1350hrs..


Walked 5 minute to Sing Post center ...


Arrived at the post office...


Finally...Collect @ Speed post counter ... @ 1400hrs sharp





Case closed ...end up pay a expensive japan EMS ...but self collected that wasted myself $5 transport fee and 2 hours of my time ! No more purchase from Japan ..this is enough...already..
Note : We collected on 14/2 ...but they only update the system as 15/2 the next day...so this is how "efficient" the speedpost staff 's working ... boo..BOO...
