Old Uncle @ Express lane
Dear timezone please tell what is the relation ship with old uncle and timezone vivo city does he has share of timezone why the staff stop him from the playing AK express lane ?????? After his relative swap SO many times. Even we have reported to your staffs (Ross and Nora) and no action was taken kindly give me reasonable explanation ASAP Thank u
Oh ya your staff some more checked computer also don't stop the old uncle playing why ??
When I checked with your staffs, there is someone playing the other machine. By the time your ops supervisor look for us the gold card has been taken already. They also cut queue & play 1or 2 games & disperse if it is not a good card. They also quarreled with a lot of AK players.

Hi, Dear Angela, firstly, there is no relationship between the mentioned customer and Timezone. We have checked with our ops team and most of the AK machines are unoccupied at that point of time. Acting on your feedbacks, our staff rossann did approached the customer and explained the rules of the express lane to the customer.
The unresolved case was later on refereed to the ops supervisor and after hearing what happened, our ops supervisor have search for you to address the issue but you have already left our premise. Please accept our sincere apologies and we will like to thank you for the feedback and will also like to assure you the management will look into and address this issue with the mentioned staffs according. Thank you.

Fake card used @ timezone tournament !!
Please look into this case I feel very unfair to this time AK tournament @ GWC timezone.
Fake card can play tournament my son Lucas already feedback to my staff this player is using a fake card but ur staff still can tell Lucas is a real card. At the end my son lost this game. And the fake card player still can go to second game. Until got 1uncle show ur staff the real card different w fake card then ur staff go n stop the player.
But ! Is too late ur staff already hearted my Lucas cry. He cry is not lost the game is because he tell ur staff but timezone staff not believer him. I can't accept they sorry to me & Lucas! So please give me a very reason reply thank u

AK Tournament result Update ...Any card also can WIN ??
Hi ,Today participated in AK tournament at Tampines.Mall
All 16 contestant were present.
I was in the final using Scorch ,Virtous Battle and Meteor Shower(lucky break) against my opponent using Altas primal Fighter and Aligned Planet (all big) .Finally the Altas combo defeated me by a nose.
The Champion received a Champion Lion , a box and TZ card value $50
The runner up received a box and TZ card value $20
On Saturday at Parkway TZ AK tournament for children, the boy a first timer use Silver Schwarz ,midnight moves and Saturn Saw(survivor) defeated Gold combo all the way to the final and received a Champion Tiger , a box and TZ card value $50. Everyone was suprised. He was very lucky and happy to receive the
Champion Tiger Card .
