Version 2 Hearsay /Rumours

Version 2 is finally here in singapore after so long of waiting. there are many stories /sayings and rumours among Gamers , Card collectors and even some arcade staffs. Here are some of the them listed below...Some can be true but others maybe mostly stories...lah

* Currently is S$2 per game...Price will drop back to S$1.50 when school term start @ Jan 2010. Otherwise, it will be hard to attract people to play because $2 is really expensive

* Most of the GOLD cards are hidden on the 1st half of the deck

* There are > 4 sets of cards sequence for version 2. Some experts said that each deck had 2 different sets of sequence ....and there are now 8 sets of sequnce for the 4 different decks !!

* Deck A is Red Scorpion
* Deck B is Lion
* Deck C is Bald Eagle
* Deck D is Bengal tiger

* The market price for all Version 2 Gold cards will go up and maintain around $60 instead of current $45 - $50 rate (version 1)...

*Those obsoleted Version 1 foil card's price will continue to rise as there is no more in operation when version 2 launch

* Version 1 Great white shark price will go up to between $65 - $75 since there is no shark Gold card in Version 2

* Version 2 Bengal tiger price will be lower since it had almost the same picture between both version and the promo card had spoilt its market !

*Some of the Jap card such as hippon family , scorpion family , kid/Joe tiger , black hole etc...price will drop alot since it is currently available in version 2

* Version 2 champion card is Shark.

* There is a hidden secret for certain combination of STRONG + Mriacle card to pair up the Great white shark /Champ Shark. This had something to do with the new 422 strong card to match

* The ban for 3 times champion(version 1) will be lifted and reset again

* Had heard that some arcade now only hold 1 round of tournament per week (no more 2 or 3 rounds within same day)

* People also said that some arcade may continue to hold tournament for English version 1 / 2 cards only (Jap card not allowed) and only those < 16 yrs old can participate

* Rumours saying that ZoneX had started to shuffle the card decks , Virtual land/Star factory 's management is considering to shuffle the decks and only Timezone remain to load the deck in its original sequence
--> If all arcade centers shuffle theirs card decks...all prices for foil card (especially GOLD card) will rise dramatically...entire market will collapse

* There are missing GOLD card from the deck...some mention its due to the re-shuffle (Maybe its still hidden within the deck somewhere)and others says its stolen by the arcade staff

* Certain 7-11 store / arcade staffs had taken out some foil cards (especially Gold card) and seeking Dealer to sold off the lot. However, the dealer had refused to accept this lot.
