STOMPer sleepyhead wonders how this man was able to sleep in an environment with loud noise such as an arcade.
The STOMPer said in an email:
"This man was spotted taking forty winks on a game machine at Parkway Parade's Timezone.
"He was oblivious to other people who wanted to play the game and to the 100 decibel arcade noise around him."
