Some Basic Rules & Regulations

1) No photocopy/fake cards

2) No third hand (which means another person helping the player to press the button)

3) Supporters and parents pls stand at least 1m away from the kids when the tourney is gg on ( due to some infor i get from one of the experts today , there is a chinese saying call serprate the mountain and whack the cow ge shan da niu ....
this is also not to distract the kids while they are playing hehehehe and thus will be fair to the 2 players who are playing

4) players are not suppose to hit the other player button..

5) Japan card is allowed

6) No need show IC/birth cert ...just need declare name.

7) To get replacement if the registered particpant is unable to turn up

8) Pls be puntual on the day as we will start at 11 am sharp due to some of the kids have tution , swimming etc....

Yesterday had received our pre-order of Animal Kaiser floor mat & other jap card stuffs. So today arrange our valued customer - Mr. Ben for dealing. He 's coming to my place to deal at 10.30pm

At around 10pm+ , my wife reminded that i'm suppose to meet my customer ..why i am still at home. I told her that the meeting is 10.30pm. After 5 minutes , received a message from Ben ...he had arrived.

Ben is a good father with 3 boys and he is buying the AK mat & some cards for one of his son's birthday. Very thoughtful of him.

As usual , I had brought along my collection albums and share with him some interesting knowledge about animal kaiser.

Ben like Liger very much and he bought some foil card as well as promotion cards from us. Our very last bronze zeke promotion card also quickly grab by him. We give him bronze card free as our appreciation for the business.Even the AK mat also do not include the extra GST charges ...even though Ben had offer to pay extra.We close deal at $xx.

We chat from animal kaiser to my blog to reservist to family life to buying of HDB flat...etc as he comments that i stay in a nice estate environment "Look like Condo ..."

Time flies ...and its going near mid night ! Wow ...both of us are like long lost friends ...so comfortable talking to each other until we forget the time...haha

We are happy to offer our best customer service to him & can feel that Ben is very happy with his purchase too. A great deal completed and i make another friend from Animal Kaiser community. Thank you Mr Ben for the business. I still remember that time after posting up our advertising @ forum...its nearly 3am ...and within 5 minute had received his sms to pre-order...haha...this is super fast !

Finally our AK mat had gone to the rightful owner .Ben will post it up to the wall as display ~ that should look really nice ~

Note: I've sprain my knee...now bandaged and was given 3 days Mc...

Happy to receive our 10th Japan shipment ..but...

Our order had been detained by ICA (Immigration & Checkposts Authory) !
This is because the amount had exceed S$400 ...so need to pay GST tax of 7%.
I'm too careless this round as the total order had exceed 25,000 yen


Buying from Japan is not cheap as we had to pay product bidding cost,agent fee , bank transition fee , japan's domestic fee, EMS international deleivery charge EMS ...and now GST tax . There is no profit as we could not sell high . By selling too low...we may even incurred a loss ..might as well keep for ourselves.


I don't think we are buying from Japan anymore at the moment ...its always good to take a short break.


Tips
* Do not buy from Japan ...unless you are buying in bulk and come in as a single shipment. Take note of the limit S$400 value to avoid GST

* Ask the agent to place invoice outside the box. In this way, ICA will process it much faster and they will hand over to SPEED POST for delivery. Upon sending to your place, Speed post will collect $5 handling charge + 7% of your lot value

~ For my case , i've place the invoice inside the box...that's why it had been detain by ICA ...so had to go down to SING POST building to collect personally . Paid for 7% GST but no handling charge. Don't forget , i still had to pay for my own transport to go there and transport it back home on my own all the way from Paya lebar ...and the time spent...energy spent...lucky box not so heavy..

* Most Japan agents could not help you cheat by declaring a lower value on the invoice.

* Take note of the currency exchange rate. Buying from Taiwan can be even more expensive than from Japan.

btw i’m very disappointed with TZ the way they handle this thing (private tournament event) ... and i promise myself i will never patronise them again after i finish my credits ....

firstly they are not customer services oriented..
and secondly their machines are outdated…
thirdly their machines spoilt also hack care ( u play drum mania but without music , what is this man)

they called up my friend saying that if we will to force oursleves in on that day (for the private tournament)..they will rather shut the machines down… this is how they treat customers sigh.... "

Blog Master : The above are just some personal experience encountered from some AK fans.Blog master feels that to meet the very basic customer requirement ,at least the spoilt game machines must service ASAP or place a breakdown signage there while waiting for their arcade technician to come repair.

I ever had 2 bad experiences of using faulty game machines @ Timezone.

First incident @ Timezone (Sembawang Shopping Center) - swap our vip gold card for 1 game credit ~ daytona racing ...half screen flizzing...hang there ...no sign board ...everything look ok before swap card ...but unable to play.
Inform the staff , she swap the replacement credit for me @ another daytona machine beside this faulty one. then she off and on back the faulty machine ...and just leave it there ...i believe next customer will face same problem again !

Second incident @ Timezone (Vivo City) where my elder wants to ride the motorcycle for racing. everything looks fine before swapping card . But we are unable to start the game after the game show 1 credit inside. i go inform the staff there , 1 malay male staff check my card ,then went over to the machine ..i did not check what he did..but somehow , my boy is able to start his racing game now.

I went to look at the AK game machines which is opposite these motorcycle machines...then after a while , i turn my head and saw my boy still sitting there on the motorbike ...the game screen freeze for 6 seconds...then game resume....then awhile...freeze...hang for few seconds...then resume ...oh my god ! We just left the place ..what a lousy game machine ! Not even a sign board to inform customer ..sign*
