Buyer's market now ...where card Sellers "killing" each other...everyday price lowered...
This particular card seller express his frustration and opinion regards current market situation :
Hi, this r just some of the opions that i have..
Actually, to all sellers out there, y must everyone drop the price until so low to make AK look like got no value? I think that even if u want to frop prices, mayb yes, 2 weeks after launch then we drop, cos the first 2 weeks n earlier is actually a premuim price that we r paying for. Like when looking back at old posts, when V1 some out, got ppl selling at $100 about there for gold cards, then later drop, same as silver n bronze, but when V2, the prices drop to starting at about 70 or more, then later even when V2 want to end, ppl selling at about 40+ 50, for gold cards, but when V3 come out, the prices like 50+ 60, then after that, about 1 month later, drop to like 30+, n when want to end, can get it for about 20+................... Now V4 come out, starting prices for shark n gorilla is about 40+, then very fast, got seee seller sell at 25+.. Then cards like king Cobra from starting 60 drop to now, about 1 month plus later for only 30 & below, y must sellers keep onm dropping prices to kill the market? In this sort of AK business, i think that there r some ppl hu do this to earn money, so y r we killing ourselves, like in property, the angent(paiseh, spelling not so good) will get commission, so like cos some agent want to get business, so giver very low percentage, like 0.05% etc, but y do this, the owner will also think that wow, the lower the better also can help me save cost, but what do u get? Peanuts(i think space ever mentioned something like that before....) in terms of service, then customer not happy then complain say that serveice no good. but there r agents hu say lik 1%, twice the price, but give very good service, like what i had mentioned earlier so if like that, ever one lose as ppl will think .0.05% so litle, no heart go n do........this one os ppl earn for a living, so be thoughtful, another example is that like petrol companies, when 1 company increases, the others also increas as they want to earnas much, so i mean that can we all agree on an unanimous prices????????
AS a buyer point of view, wow, the cards so ex but got no money, what to do? Like what i think, for example u buy a card, say raging ocean, but most ppl buy is to play or collect, so if is like that, then for example u buy at $15, then u play, then next time u want to sell, Alamak, only can sell for 8, lose 7 dollar, a lot, but if the prices remain the same, next time when sell, even though cannt sell for a price that u can gain a profit, but if u can even break even, then u at least will be happy that u at least got hold of the card u want, n got chance to own n play with it, at least there;s got the feeling there, evne though u may get the same feeling evne u sell at $8 but ppl may find that $7 not worth the time that u own etc.............
WIth the current market, it is the buyers hu r controllling us in the prices, n not the sellers hu control the price even thought we got the stock for the cards that the buy wants & not the buyer........
this is what i have thought so far but if i got more things that i can think of, will post here, thx.........
Mayb we can a greee on an unanimous price so that both buy n seller dun lose out.......

"This is a simplistic view, its supply and demand.When there is a ready supply and demand, both buyer and seller have every right to choose what price to buy and sell their cards.
You can only sell the card at a unanimous price in 1 type of mkt, the perfect competition market where there is only 1 authorised seller.
My opinion only, best option dun buy dun sell .... Trade"

"Yah i agree maybe when the seller post certain price but after long time still nobody buy so since he got extra on hand might as well lower the price at less somebody buy from him better then nobody buy from him"

First Champions League - 25/9/2010 (AK Club - Home for Heroes)
Calling all Animal Kaiser warriors! Are you looking for Glory and Honor?
Come take part in our AK Club tournaments, where the real heroes are! Winners enter the Hall of Fame - AK Club's Tournament Leaderboard!
Champions League
Held on the last Saturday of every month, 32 players will come together to square off in a knock-out format.
At the Official AK Club, we are different and flashier! A Points System is incorporated into the monthly result outcome.
What Point System?
In every bracket of 32 players, there will be points allocated in the following manner:
- All Participants that are present for the match get 1 point
- Winners who clear first level get 1 point
- Winners who reach Top 16 get 1 point
- Winners who reach Quarter-finals get 1 point
- Winners who reach Semi-finals get 1 point
- Final Winner get 2 points
Champions League Leaderboard
Every month, the final winner enters the Hall of Fame, proudly displayed at AK Club!
Champions League Overview:
Tournament is held Monthly (last Saturday of every month)
Time : 2pm
Venue: AKClub @ E2MAX, Cineleisure level 9
Registration fee : $5 per participant
Prizes:

Monthly Champion wins a Gold Champion card and Gold Box set
1st Runner up wins a Silver Box set
Top 16 players each win a Tournament Promo Card
Rules & Regulations

- NRIC / any form of identification document must be presented before the Tournament for verification. Participants should turn up 30min earlier for the verification
- Absentees or latecomers (15min before commencement of Tournament) will be automatically disqualified and opponent scores a walkover
- Only original version 1, 2, 3 or 4 English Animal Kaiser Cards are allowed. All participants’ cards will be checked by Tournament Officials before they can be scanned for use
- Any participant who displays poor sportsmanship or undesirable behavior such as use of vulgarities will be disqualified
- Upon submission of Registration Form, you agree to the Terms & Conditions of Animal Kaiser Champions League
- Tournament Official’s decision on results is Final. Organizer reserves the right to amend Terms & Conditions
- Registration ends 19th Sep 2010.
