Play 2 games but only get a card

Damn unlucky today went to Suntec City to play.On my final round I played..the game ended.. but the card did not come out , I think the card is stuck !

I asked the guy to help me open the machine and he was saying like if u played the card will come out...so he do nothing about it. I played 2nd game again.. only one card came out so it is damn unfair!But on the bright side I got Ninja Fighters! ~Tommie Bub
