Story : Dogs painted to look like Pandas and Tiger !
Look closely, are these really pandas? These dyed dogs form part of an unusual display at a pet park in Zhengzhou, China.
In an email today (June 9) STOMPer Wahlau wrote:
"I saw these dyed dogs on a Chinese website today.
"Amazing! First China has fake eggs, then fake milk powder... Now how about fake endangered species?
"The dye jobs are quite impressive, I had to take a second look before I realised the pandas were in fact dogs dyed to look like pandas.
"The tiger paint job is pretty impressive as well, only it's obviously a dog because of its snout.
"The only problem is, the poor dogs don't look very happy about being dyed strange colours, do they? I hope the dye used is non-toxic."

In his report, the STOMPer wrote:
"I was at Changi Beach carpark 3 on Saturday (Jun 19) at about 2pm, and I saw this man throwing his dog, which was restrained with a metal chain, into the sea.
"As seen in the photos, the dog is terrified.
"There was a police car nearby, but the policemen did not stop to intervene.
"I have already reported the incident to the SPCA."

Komodo dragon or Iguana found @ Singapore ??
STOMPer Robert, a tourist from the UK, spotted a pair of ‘komodo dragons’ at Chinese Garden. He wonders if anyone knows of their presence in this park.
The STOMPer said:
“I thought Komodo Dragons could only be found in Singapore Zoo.
“Is anyone aware of them living wild in Chinese Garden?
“I spotted two today close to the water near the West entrance, one was quite large and disappeared into the water before I could photograph it.|
“The other (about half the size of the first one) I managed to photograph.”
The animal pictured above is however, more likely to be a monitor lizard, as STOMP understands that komodo dragons are rare and hardly found in the wild. There are only 4,000 to 5,000 living komodo dragons in the wild, and they are mostly found in Indonesian islands.

Blog Master : Received feedback that that's only a Monitor Lizard/ Iguana, just a small cosin of the Komodo dragon.
