Trading & Selling @ Arcade center

Hearsay story : This team of a single Man (with dye yellow hair) and/or a Teenager boy had always been spotted at Lot 1 arcade trying to sell their Anmal kaiser cards (some english cards and alot Japanese cards for sale).The Golden hair guy had been there frequently and he is indeed very persuasive in selling the cards to those parents /kids there.

The problem is : Sometime people complain about their attitude as he is quite pushy in his words to ask parents to buy...but this type of sale tactic may cause discomfort to others.

Blog Master suggestion: Report him to the arcade's staff if he is overdoing over his "pushy" sale that had somehow become a nuisance to anyone there & had casue any form of disruption or discomfortable feeling to individual. Otherwise,express to him politely that you are not interested or simply just ignore him !

Is trading sale ok within the arcade ?
Rumours mention that some Seller sharing their bad experienc having been chased out of the center as he try to close deal (exchange card for $ transit).Reported are 2 places (one @ parkway arcade ,the other @ century square ) where the staffs DO NOT ALLOW business Touting within the gaming premise.

Another of our Zone-X forumer had posted the following from the Miscellaneous Offence Chapter 184 that reads:

Touting for business

32. Any person in any public road, public place, place of public resort or vehicle on a public road who, in connection with any trade or business (whether or not carried on by that person), solicits any other person persistently or in any manner as to cause or be likely to cause annoyance to that other person shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of not less than $1,000 and not more than $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both and, in the case of a second or subsequent conviction, to a fine of not less than $2,000 and not more than $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.

So , beware of the Law !! Obey and do not break them in any manner

Do you know ?
There are routine patrol from Policeman (usally they work 2 as a team) to spot-check arcade place at least 1-2 times a day. I've always hang around sembawang's Sun plaza (star Factory) and had seen this type of routine spot check quite often.

Will Policeman catch you for using PRINTED photocopied AK card @ arcade ?
Accordingly to some saying , as long as you put real $ into the animal kaiser machine to play the game , it is OK to use photcopied cards for fun playing. The arcade staff also never stop you from not using original card ~ more important to them is that you put CREDIT into the machine for hours of play ..then their business is solid lah..haha


Blog Master suggestion: If really need to deal any cards, both Seller and Buyer should do it outside the arcade place. Buyer should consider carefully and make purchase only if the price is right for his budget limit.


I am curious whether if any of us here had been warned / fine for using PRINNTED card ? Also wondering if any arcade staff had stop you from using such photocopied card within their game premise? We want you to Share with us your experience..
