There are 3 GOLD and 1 Ultimate card for version 4.
My wild guess of the card placement will be that there shd be 1 gold card each for the 6 decks and 1 ultimate card each for 2 other decks as follow :
Deck A/E : Great White Shark
Deck B/F : Lowland Gorilla
Deck C/G : Ultimate Siefried
Deck D/H : King Cobra
