Every seller is different, with different agenda.
Can’t compare or blame another party for dropping prices.
Best is dont fish to sell then problem solved.
Fish to get the cards you want then sell off your extras.
To borrow quote from a wise man “Do you really need the money?”
Some seller just want to sell their extra.
They dont need the money.
Some sell because they are addicted to fishing.
Some sell purely to make money.
Your perspective is one which sell for money.
But there are always both sides of the coins.
For a buyer it is good news.
Now almost everyone play with sequence, the means to get the cards are there.
It is whether you want to waste the time at the arcade to wait for the cards and risk being judged.
Or you prefer to spent the money to buy.
More sequence, more fishing, more cards will flood the market, more option for buyer to buy at lower price.
It is a good thing really. Not unles you are a seller who rely on selling AK cards to make a living. Anything motivated by money will spoilt the game. That is when you see adult quarrel over a foil cards *shake head*
