"A few months ago I highlight a bully fisherman at Parkway.
Now there is a middle age Fisherman called Ah Guan wearing short and carry a bag usually seen at weekend and sometimes on weekdays con children trading his bronze Siegfried for japanese gold card.
Last week he con an old man at Parkway trading again his bronze Siegried with Jap V13 Gold.
This old man thought his exchange was a good deal for Gold Siegfried as his grandson wanted the Ultimate Siegried. When he showed to his grandson his gold siegfried , his grandson said “Kong Kong” why you get a bronze Siegfried instead of Gold. This old man was very angry and the next day called Ah Guan why he con him. His reply was “You wanted a Siegfried and I trade with u Siegfied”
He refused to exchange back his gold jap card. His grandson was very disappointed.
This old man curse Ah Guan why he had the conscience to cheat old man.
