Our parcel held @ Custom (Philipphines)

Thanks to Mr M.B. who had order up to S$170 worth of animal Kaiser stuffs from us and he had request for EMS. The box we packed weighs up to 954gram ...and the postage fee charges is as high as S$35.60. It will delievered within 2 to 4 working days ...normal registered mail even though is about $10 cheaper..but took 6 - 10 working days for delivery.


2 days later...the parcel was held @ custom when it arrives @ Philipphines.


We got help from Singapore speed post customer service officier (Miss Kim - who is also a Philiphino) , contacted Mr M.B. ...and finally item collected..

For those Seller who intend to send to Philipphines, do not alarm when the box is held @ Custom ...7 out of 10 occassions , this will happen as the officiers there waiting for "coffee $$" ...lol .Same apply to Indonesia post ...
