Be careful of various postage option ...Take a 50 grams parcel to Philiphines as example : A standard registered mail can cost $4 while EMS can go to as high as $30 !
There is also a 3.5% paypal agent fee charges per transition. Buyer and Seller had to agree who to pay for these additional cost.
