7-11 's AK machine is off ~

Eric : " what happen to the AK machine ? Is it spoilt ?"

Counter Staff : "Ya , spoilt "

Eric : "When can be repaired ?"

Counter Staff : "Don't know...maybe need to wait few days.."

Eric : "Need to wait how long ? I want to play Animal Kaiser leh..."



Suddenly...the reason changed !!



Counter Staff : "Actually not spoilt , no card inside"

Eric : "Oh !! then take how long ??"

Counter Staff : "Few days..."

Blog Master (Eric) Wow...is this the right way to do AK business at 7-11 store ? what kind of customer service support , i am wondering....everything also need take few days...no wonder so less people wants to play AK there !
