Should Animal Kaiser Machine have their card Shuffle or leave it in sequence? What do you guys think?

I’ve been playing Animal Kaiser for few months now. I’ve always base it on the card sequence which i got it in the internet and in order to obtain new cards, it requires me to travel to several location to obtain the card. What do you guys think, Should Operators shuffle the card or not.???
