Dear TZ, I went to Hougang Mall for $50+$50 promotion on 17 Jun 2011 at 2150hrs. But the counter was closed. When I asked the staff whether I can top up, he just mentioned counter closed and I missed the $50+$50 promotion. What a disappointment.
